By registering for and attending the **Global Muslim Content Summit (GMC Summit), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your participation in the event, including ticketing, conduct, and responsibilities related to travel and accommodation.
1. Event Registration & Ticketing
1.1 Ticket Inclusions
- Details of what is included with each ticket type are outlined on the GMC Summit website.
- Additional event details, including the full agenda, will be communicated closer to the event date.
- GMC Summit reserves the right to make changes to ticket inclusions where necessary.
1.2 Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
- Ticket types must be carefully selected at the time of ticket purchase.
- Changes, including upgrades or downgrades, will not be permitted after purchase.
- Tickets will be issued closer to the summit date, with delivery details communicated in advance.
- No refunds will be provided for video access purchases. Once payment is made, the purchase is final.
- Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out.
- The organisers are unable to accept registrations once event capacity has been reached.
2. Photography & Videography
- Photography, videography, and audio recording will take place throughout the GMC Summit.
- By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and consent to the capture of their image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, and other media.
- Attendees grant GMC Summit the right to use such recordings for documentation, promotional, marketing, advertising, archival, and commercial purposes.
- Media may be used across digital, print, broadcast, and other distribution platforms, now known or developed in the future.
- Attendees acknowledge that no compensation, royalties, or approvals will be required for the use of such media.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Islamic Etiquette & Behaviour
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Islamic values.
- This includes professionalism, good character, and mutual respect.
- All attendees must show respect toward fellow attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, and organisers at all times.
- The organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event, where behaviour is deemed inconsistent with these expectations.
3.2 Dress & Appearance
- There is no formal or prescribed dress code for the event.
- Attendees are required to dress modestly and appropriately for a professional Islamic environment.
- Attire should reflect respect for the values and setting of the GMC Summit.
4. Travel & Accommodation

- Attendees are encouraged to reach out in case of any concerns or support needs regarding the event.
By completing your application and confirming your ticket, you agree to the terms outlined above.
4.1 Attendee Responsibility
- Attendees are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own visas, flights, transportation, accommodation, and sponsorship if required.
4.2 Visa Requirements
- If a visa is required to enter Türkiye, it is the responsibility of the attendee to secure one in time for the event.
- The organisers are not responsible for visa costs.
- In the event a visa application is refused, GMC Summit is unable to provide a refund on this basis.
5. Event Program & Changes
5.1 Program Modifications
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event program as necessary.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Speaker line-up
- Session topics
- Session timings
- Venue layout
5.2 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- In the unlikely event the organiser cancels or reschedules the event due to unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified using the contact information provided during registration.
- The organisers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred as a result of rescheduling or cancellation.
